In 2010, the State of Washington is dramatically changing its real estate license law. This course has been designed in accordance with the Washington Real Estate Commission to educate real estate licensees on the new requirements. This course includes new license classifications, registrations, and endorsements; the new mandatory requirements for fingerprint cards and background checks; and the new education requirements for real estate licensees.

This course is required for all real estate licensees seeking license renewal after July 1, 2010.
