The CE Shop is an approved school in Oklahoma: Code/Approval Number: 1394

Renewal Date: Every 3 years

Hours required: 21 hours

Twelve (12) of the hours are to be from four (4) different Required Topics: Fair Housing (3 hours), Broker Relationships Act (3 hours), Hot Topic (3 hours) – to be determined annually, and Professional Conduct (3 hours). Please see catalog above or the courses listed below for options from the mandatory topics; all other courses listed in the catalog are elective hours.

Any Broker who holds or has held a license type of Broker Manager (BM), Proprietor Broker (BP), or Branch Broker (BB) during any portion of their current license term shall be required to successfully complete the Broker in Charge course as approved by the Commission consisting of fifteen (15) clock hours, or its equivalent, as approved by the Commission, each license term beginning with those licenses that expire on June 30, 2012. The CE Shop, Inc. currently does NOT offer the Broker in Charge course. In addition, to complete the continuing education requirement of twenty-one (21) clock hours such broker shall complete at least two (2) of the four (4) required subject matter, equal to at least six (6) clock hours.

Provisional sales associates have a separate and unique post-license requirement and they are not required to complete continuing education. The CE Shop, Inc. currently does NOT offer the post-license requirement for provisional sales associates.

ReportingReal estate course completions are recorded with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission each business day.  It may take 2-4 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates your license and/or updates their website with the hours.

Expiration date of course: Oklahoma courses will expire 6 months after the order date, per Oklahoma rules. Courses must be completed before the expiration date in order to receive credit.

Post Licensing:  Provisional sales associates have separate & unique post-licensing requirements (45 hours) due prior to their first license expiration date and are not required to complete real estate continuing education such as found in our Oklahoma catalog. The CE Shop, Inc. currently does NOT offer this post-licensing course

Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a 75% and may be taken as many times as necessary in order to pass. 

Certificates:  Immediately upon real estate course completion, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course Certificate of Completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five (5) years, should you need additional copies at a later time.  Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion with your renewal.
