Buyers and sellers have specific legal rights when working with you in the capacity of either the listing agent or the selling agent. This course outlines the representation options available to the buyer and seller, and explains the duties required by North Dakota state law. This course also includes disclosures and agreements necessary to enter into agency relationships, and concepts involved in Dual Agency and Appointed Agency.

*This course counts as an ELECTIVE course beginning on 03/01/11 and will NOT count as the mandatory core course for the 2011 license renewal cycle ending on 12/31/11.
