New Hampshire State Requirement Details for Real Estate Continuing Education

School Code/Approval Number: Course approval numbers are listed next to each course.

Every two (2) years by license anniversary, a total of twelve (12) hours of continuing education is required for active brokers and salespeople including three (3) hours of core which The CE Shop currently does not offer. The other nine (9) hours are electives. Please view our catalog for the elective hours we have to offer.

Immediately upon real estate course completion, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course Certificate of Completion (Education Credit Affidavit). Certificates (Affidavits) will remain in your account for a minimum of five (5) years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Licensees are encouraged to retain copies of their Certificates of Completion (Education Credit Affidavit) in the event that they are audited by the state. 

Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion (Education Credit Affidavit) with your renewal. The State cannot process Certificates of Completion (Education Affidavits) that are sent in separately from your renewal application.
